 Reception
Our reception desk operates from 8am until 9pm every day, and our team is always happy to help. We can advise you on the best activities and attractions in the area (and there are plenty of them!) and book any tours or visits for you.Check-in is from 10am each day and guests must also check-out by 10am at the end of their stay.
Earlier check-in can be arranged on request.
Lodge Kitchen
Our guests often comment on how large, clean and well set up our 'Chefs kitchen' is. Dine at our huge Kauri table or even 'al fresco' in the back courtyard. We have 2 large commercial stoves, each with six gas hot plates.
 All the utensils you could need are here, along with microwaves, fridges and fridge freezers. We make sure our herbs and spices rack is always well stocked - so you can add yummy extra flavours to your meals.
Enjoy a good old Kiwi 'barbie' in summer - we have an outdoor BBQ for guests to use free of charge.

Bicycles
We offer guests free use of our bicycles - just ask at reception.
Reading Room
A quiet area for those just wishing to chillout, have a read or use the internet.
We also have a variety of sporting equipment for free use.  Guest Lounge
Our spacious Lounge is a great place to relax on the couch after a big day out. Watch a movie from our library of free videos and DVDs, or put your feet up and have a read - we also have a free book exchange.
Maps
As our guests come from all corners of the world, we have placed some large maps in the hallway and we would love it if you would leave your own mark there. While staying with us, feel free to put a pin in your place of origin to add your personal touch to Pacific Coast! 
Laundry
Our laundry houses a number of upto date washing machines and dryers.
Transport Service
We offer guests a pick-up and drop-off service to and from the Mount Maunganui Information Centre. Buses and many other activity operators depart from there.
Security -Safe Deposit Boxes
For peace of mind, guests can store their valuables in our safes free of charge.
Broadband Internet
Our guest computers are located in the reception and the reading room and just $2.00 for 20 minutes.
Environmental Recycling
We are proud of our recycle system - this country is just beautiful, so we ask our guests to do their part to keep it that way!
